Neck and back pain from oral sex?

My girlfriend gives me oral sex and after and during she says her neck and back really hurt after about 5-10 minutes and it hurts during the regular day when she's not doing it. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone know a decent solution or position or something to help aid or fix this problem? Sometimes i lay on bed and she does to and gives me oral that way or sometimes in the car she leans over from the passenger seat and gives me oral sex, but it hurts her with both of these scenarios.
 
She has a bad back. So you should pity her and ask her not to gives you oral when in awkward positions. You let her lie down comfortably first then see how she can improvise a method to do it.
