I took a pregnancy test and it said negative but the line was so light it was almost invisible, do you think it was accurate?

about 5 years ago I toke a test it came out like you said nearly invisible ignored it thought it was defected and well know I have my 4 year old daughter

take another one. if there was supposed to be 2 lines and 1 was faded then it is positive!

Test again in 3 days with your first morning pee.
HPT work off of HcG's that are in your body and you only get them when you are pregnant.
HcG's double every 48 hours. So if you are pregnant the line will be darker in 3 days.

How late are you and what pregnancy test did you use? Believe it or not the cheap dollar tree test can detect HCG levels as low as 20-25. I used those to find out about my 2nd and 3rd.

i had one do that it was a really light line and i blew it off but in the back of my mind i knew i was pregnant so i waited a couple weeks and took another one and yep it was bright as could be i am now 33 weeks pregnant with a girl! but to be sure make an appointment with ur doc! good luck!
