It might not come until Monday, unless I can reach some of my "contacts" this weekend.

I know they will not want an e-mail trail.....lol

I will see what I can find.

The other Forum you post on has a 416# listed at the bottom of the main page, that might be a starting point.....

I see that.... thanks.
I'm still going to start with the 888 number this afternoon and see what happens.

Well this is a bit annoying.
ABC is doing 5 games regionally at 3:30 today.
They're putting 3 of those games on this package. Which could be a good thing.
Except that 2 of those games are already available on ABC Boston and Seattle.

Why they were no football games today on channel NCAA3 and the Central Michigan and Northern Illinois game was scheduled on NCAA2 and on NCAA3? It will be interesting to see the NCAA football package schedule for next weekend since MLBEI will end tomorrow.

There is not much the agent will be able to do...

If the Bell Express Vu on screen prgramming guide is showing the schedules there is absolutely nothing that the agent could do to get it on the site, since it's Bell's site, not Express Vu

If the schedule is not on the on screen programming guide then he would probably ask you the receiver number, software, revision number and will most probably verify the signal on transponder 1-2-13-14-31-32. He will then reset the receiver (which you could do youself by going on Bell's site) and tell you that in 5 min-2 hours the programming will be there.

At this rate it will be about 40 football and 760 basketball, I like the basketball but I buy the package for the football. BEV is just leading us down a path with no answers in sight, before we know it NCAA footabll season will be over. Should we get our refund now so as not to prolong the misery. This is bad, really bad.

I was on the phone with Bell about this for an hour and a half tonight.
I think it took me 45 minutes to get the first CSR to understand/believe that the reason I wasn't seeing the games I was expecting was that they weren't showing them, and not that there was a problem with my receiver.
Eventually she seem to be convinced that the package was supposed to be the same as last year, and that they should be showing the same games as Cogeco and Rogers.
The whole time she must've put me on hold 4 or 5 times to talk to someone in another department who should have more info.
Ultimately she let me talk to that person. He also seemed convinced that they should be showing the same games as the other providers.
He said he would look into it tomorrow (Friday) when there are more people around who might actually know something (fat chance) and call me back.

I'll post an update when I hear something.

does anyone know what channels and tps the ncaa channels are so i can scan them and watch on my viewsat:cool: LOL Just jkoing but seriously im interested in sats a lot and im wondering what tp the channels are, sometimes i even like to see how many channels bev have one 1 tp

I called BEV last night about this (basically doing what Mr. ringmaster above said) and the guy said he would look into it today and call me back. Both people I spoke to believe that the package is supposed to be the same as last year and the same as Rogers and Cogeco.

Strange !!! BEV only show 5 games today on their NCAA Football Package:

ND vs Penn State (also on the Score)
VT vs LSU
South Carolina vs Georgia
South Florida vs Auburn
Indiana vs Western Michigan

I just skipped a few days ahead in the guide and I was pleasantly suprised to see:
Tuesday October 2nd - Marshall @ Memphis 391,397 8pm et
Wednesday October 3rd - Rice @ So Miss 391, 397 8pm et
Thursday October 4th - Kentucky @ So Carolina 391, 397 7:30pm et
Thursday October 4th - Beth-Cookman @ Deleware St. 392 7:30 pm et

I don't care whether Bell has the schedule on their site or not.
I can look at ESPN's website to see which games they should be showing.
They're just not showing them.

The schedule should appear on the Bell site, in the sport package section, but it is not there. For that part any complain should be made using the contact us section of the web site.

If the listing don't appear in the programming guide it's a different story. In that case maybe a reset of the programming (either on the Bell site or throught an agent) should solve it. If already done they could go verify with the TECH 3 if there is a general issue with it

TVME I understand your frustration... There is no info or schedule in our information system. For all the sports packages we usually refer to the schedule on the Bell site, but there is no link to the schedule there right now

Well that was interesting.
The guy from BEV who said he was going to call me back two weeks ago and never did.... called this afternoon (left a message).
Said they spoke to the NCAA and were told the likely reason we weren't being shown all the games we expected was that they were carried on other channels such as TSN. This is obviously incorrect. Even if you count the games on the Score, that's at most one game per weekend, and non-HD.

He also said he'd continue looking into it and call me back again in a couple of days. Guess he doesn't realize it's all fixed now.

Strange!!! As of today, the only games shown on the ncaa football package schedule on tv, besides Tulsa at Oklahoma, are those from the ESPN game plan package:

-Syracuse at Louisville
-Temple at Bowling Green
-Kent State at Akron
-San Jose St. at Utah St.

Once again no ESPN and ESPN 2 afternoon games. Let's hope that will change before the end of the week. BTW the Washington-UCLA game will be shown on the Score saturday night.

Just got off the phone with them again.

The CSR apologized that I had been told the package was the same as Cogeco, and said it was unacceptable and unfair to be told to go to a competitor's website to find the schedule.
He offered to remove and re-apply the package at no charge to my account.
I obviously accepted that, but continued to inquire about getting the correct games on.
He transferred me to someone else who said he would go to management to find out to why their competitors have all the games that their customers expect, while BEV doesn't. He agreed that BEV should have the rights to the same games.
I made sure to point out that a couple of games they've shown were available in HD, but they did not show them in HD, which leads me to believe that it's obviously not a rights issue, but rather that whoever is in charge of the package doesn't know what they are doing.
He said he would call me back Monday after going to management.

The saga continues...

Kentucky at Arkansas is also listed on 397.
Still, this is nowhere near what it should be.
Not only have they picked Gameplan games instead of the main network, they've probably picked the worst of the Gameplan games at noon. Two MAC games, and Syracuse is gonna get killed.

Washington/UCLA on the Score is a nice bonus since it's a Fox Sportsnet game.
