Last year all ESPN/ESPN2 games that weren't on TSN (and possibly some that were) were available on the NCAA package.
In addition to the TSN games this year, the International Bowl in on Sportsnet. There's probably a few on the Score too, but I haven't been able to find a schedule for either of these channels.
Also, now that the 2 NCAA HD channels are by themselves on transponder 23, the HD versions of the games shouldn't get bumped by NHL centre ice or other PPVs.
