I know there is no way to totally prepare for SEAL training. But i have done p90x 6 times. I can run 15 miles max. 35 pullups. 215 pushups and endless amount of sit ups. I get up twice a week and bike 160 miles. I am a senior in highschool. I have college to get in better shape. I have wanted to be a SEAL my entire life. I am pretty mentally tough. I can swim fast and for hours. Any other physical things to work on?
