Nausea, Kidney Stone, Vomiting Linked To Thought Of A Food

Since Monday, I've been having kidney pain and nausea. I know that nausea and vomiting are associated with kidney stones(I've passed them before) but I've never had such long lasting nausea.

On Monday, there was nothing I like to eat left in the house(I'm a very picky eater) other than some chocolate wafer sticks and some chocolate minis like reese cups. I'm not a real big fan of chocolate, but It was the only thing that would satisfy my hunger - and I ate quite alot. It's the only thing I ate that day.

Well, that night, I started having kidney pain. I assumed another kidney stone. It wasn't really bad, but I did have nausea that lasted a long time. Then in the middle of the night, I woke up. The nausea was getting worse so I induced myself to vomit(putting my finger down my throat) to relieve the nausea.
For some reason every time I thought about those chocolate wafers I felt nausous.

The next day, I still had the kidney pain and a little bit of nausea. That night, I puked again right before bed.

Now, today, the kidney pain is starting to fade away. The nausea isn't as persistant. I did vomit early this morning.
The thought of the chocolate still makes me have that "up chuck" feeling.
So I have only 4 possible ideas of what this issue is.

Virus.
Food poisening.
Issue with the chocolate.
Normal nausea associated with Kidney Stones.

What do you guys think? What is your idea on this?

Thanx for any help!

*Edit*: I posted this here, cause I wasn't sure where to put it cause it has to deal with different things. I apologize if I messed up.

Best Regards,
