Naughty Cineworld!!!!!

I cancelled my new card this morning under the "7 working days" cooling off period, and got a full refund.

I wonder how many times you could do this before they got wise? ;)

I'll wait and see whether my new "old" card stops working, and then decide what to do (might wait until after Christmas - the films are not usually that good, or that plentiful).

I doubt it.

The thing about this 3D technology (from the films I've seen so far) is that it works best when used with subtlety - and obviously the more subtle it is, the closer it gets to 2D.

The best film I've seen in 3D, as in it actually appeared to be made for 3D rather than just shoving in a few 3D effects, was The Polar Express. I'd say about 75% of it had some sort of 3D effect.

This should mean A Christmas Carol is good in 3D as it's by the same people.
