I have been doing some research on SPLENDA and have found out it is bad for you.

Can anyone tell me of any place I can order Natural Sweeteners instead of using that artificial sweeteners?

We do have natural honey here but that is it for now. We are wanting to change all the way over to all Natural instead of that fake junk or crap..

What ones do you all use?

Thanks

I use honey for tea and such and real maple syrup or molasses for baking.

There's also agave nectar, brown rice syrup and unrefined brown sugar, it has a slight caramel flavor, it's wonderful in coffee.

Our taste buds become accustomed to a certain amount of sweetness but if you take it slowly you can retrain your taste buds to accept a lesser amount.

If your used to a teaspoon of sugar in your coffee, for example, try half a teapsoon or even a bit less everyday. Within a week or two that whole teaspoon will taste too sweet. It also helps that most of the natural sugars add flavor, and not just sweetness.

I just found out that Coke to unveil natural diet drink in U.S. that has that in it..

I purchase some organic sugars today at our local store. Our store must be understanding more and more people is wanting to go organic not that crappy stuff.

Crappy ='s artificial sweeters due to they are bad. SPLENDA is really bad now with what all the goverment has added in it. The other artificial sweeters I wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole. Artificial sweeters is what I mean crappy.

Does that explain it better now?

Thanks for the clarification.

I have not found organic sugar but it may be out there. Of course there is cane sugar and also beet sugar from natural plants.

I too stopped using the artificial sweetner 99% of the time. Being diabetic and getting an urge for something sweet I will use Splenda or Stevia to cook with on special occasions. I make the sugar stuff for the family.

Trying to get hubby off artificial sweeteners, no luck yet!
