i am hoping to find out whether or not there is a natural supplement i can take to increase my sex drive. I am 27 years old and i've been married for almost 3 years. I have 2 children, ages 28 month old boy and a 18 month old girl. My husband and i use to have an amazing sex life prior to the babies, we are still very much in love and i find him very attractive and sexy but i just for whatever reason can't seem to get in the mood. I know some people have said it's stress related and that i need to find a little "me" time to relax and then it will come naturally BUT while i'm very open to trying that i also think it's hard to always find that "me" time and i feel terrible because my poor husband who is so great has been very understanding and i'd really like to get back my sex drive so that we can have our romantic love life back.
Any help or suggestions you can give would be great!
I'd also like to add that after the birth of my daughter about 18 months ago, i did have my tubes tied. I am curious if maybe because of that i've lost my sex drive and of course the stress of having two babies so close together?
