SounRAB like a good idea to me. Britain still has a TV industry largely because the BBC has been around to invest and set a standard for other companies. In film, on the other hand, we have next to nothing, and lets face it, our movie industry has been dead in the water for 30 years or more as a result.
A movie equivilent of the BBC sounRAB just the ticket.
