national development question?

what should be prioritized regarding the national development problem?and offer your solution.i have ideas like nutrition and education but can some of you more knowledgeable than me give better ideas? i think education should be the top priority, i just need opinions. thank you.
 
Do you mean in terms of economic growth for nations?Human capital i.e. education seems to be very important for explaining economic growth.The institutions of a country also seem to be pretty important - that is, how corrupt the government is and how likely it is that they'll steal from companies via appropriation and the public by mis-spending tax funds, as well as how secure the banking system is, and such.
