I've tried Zyrtec, Loratidine and Nasonex. All seem to help but only a little. I've had some serious nasal passage constriction in the last few years and it has seriously nearly left me literally disabled. They constrict so much that it gives me a terrible panic attack and I'm not able to travel very much because of that. And, my work in the future will involve travel so I've seriously got to find something that can help me, my life is kinda depending on it. Tired of nearly passing out, not being able to breathe, having panic attacks, and a lot of times not even being able to laugh without gasping for air. The ENT gave me CT scan (I think it's called?) and found nothing, so that's good news, but the constriction is there.

Is there ANYTHING that I can do to help this? Your advice is very appreciated, this is really important to me.

I'm not sure what you mean by "constriction." It has literally gotten smaller? Or it gets clogged up? If it has gotten smaller, they can enlarge it. If you are getting congestion, there are many htings you can do besides the antihistamines. Have you tried saline sprays or rinses? A neti pot? A little more information would be helpful.

If you haven't already, I would try to find out what you're allergic to. Do you use scented personal care products? If not, take notice of what you're eating & try the elimination diet & find out what fooRAB you are allergic to. Are you exposed to cigarette smoke? It's not going to be easy but you'll feel much better. Also, nasal wash helps some. I use a couple drops oregano oil in a cup of water or a saline wash. Hope you get help soon.
