Naruto- What episode/movie was this?

Hi, I'm really new to the forum, so if this is in the wrong place, I apologize. I really don't know where to put it.....

I was flipping through the channels, and I saw Naruto on CN at 9:30 CST. It had naruto in a room with two other ninja (at least) and a girl who said Naruto gave her the courage not to run away from things or something like that.
Does anyone know what movie/episode that was?? I've looked for it, but I can't for the life of me figure out what it was. Please help!!

It'd help if you told us exactly when you were flipping through the channels. The description sounds a tad too blunt, to determine anything.
