Naruto Shippuden not to air on TV in the States?

As I already said I believe Secret Saturdays is a great show. one of the best action shows Cartoon Network has aired in years, anime cartoon or otherwise. Yes I enjoy it more then say naruto or Oner Piece and I love both those shows. Yet I know not everyone shares my tastes and well thats understandable really. No one is making you like it you tried the show and dislike it fine.

Yes Brave and the bold is worse then JLU but it's not suppose to be like JLU. Brave and the bold is suppose to be a light hearted and fun action show focusing on the third stringers of the DCU as they team up with a funnier Batman. on that level it works and is fun. Sure it's not epic Timmverse stuff but not everything can be that good (Secret Satrudays IMO is)

It's called opinions for a reason I know you must realize that your Avatar happens to have one of the most hated (And loved at the same time) animes to hit Toonami. Now now I like the show but there are people who find it to be the worst and most pointless anime ever created.

Am I mad that anime seems to be dying on Cartoon network? I sure am. Did I believe that YAH and Toonami could exist together and wish they did? Yes. Does YAH deserve any blame for the death of toonami? yes some of it, as Cartoon Network executives did not believe two action blocks were needed at the same time, yet I feal people (rust) are being too harse on YAH and it's shows for that very reason Toonami was better at it's prime but YAH he no worse then Toonami was when it ended. In My Opinion.

Last this topic is not a You Are Here/cartoon network bashing topic. Lets move away from that and back in topic. It's about naruto and the shows iffy fate on TV.

I hate that it Cartoon Network seems to be giving up on anime and I believe Naruto deverses a consistsnt spot on the channel.
 
It'll air on TV if CN wants to air it. They're giving off very mixed signals though so people are bracing themselves for the worst. IMO it'll air on CN just like Naruto part 1 before it. But I wonder if they'll give it the time or day or ignore that they even play it.

Double Naruto + Jack > Clone Wars, Batman, and Saturdays. I mean, factor out Naruto and Clone Wars for being bad, and you've still got Jack going up against Batman and Saturdays (B10AF factored out completely, since it was on both), and it still wins. Jack was fricking art.


Yes, right. And I do believe it does as well, but at this point, I don't really care. As long as we get Shippuden on Jetstream, I'm happy.

By the way, Cartoon Network does announce if they're airing a new episode of Naruto (part 1) at their official website ya know.

Will Naruto Shippuden air English Dubbed on Cartoon Network in early 2009 though? Cuz honestly speaking, that's all I really give a flying hoot about.

Couldn't care less if the english dub of Naruto Shippuden was also streamed online and/or if the online stream of the english dub came first before the TV airing.

^ This is assuming of course that Viz Media ever streams the english dub of Naruto Shippuden at all.

Sure CN's website mentions Naruto airs at 10:30PM on the weeks that it does but someone who doesn't go to CN's website would be hard pressed to find what time Naruto airs or how often it does. For CN to show they're not ignoring a series... they advertise it on-air and give it a consistant slot.
 
All that really matters is that the english dub of Naruto Shippuden is available on DVD. Now, if they don't ever put the english dub of Naruto Shippuden on DVD, I might get a lil' bit angry.

By the way, I would prefer to have it air on TV and/or stream online as well, but still, in the end, all that matters is that it gets a complete DVD Release in the states, right?
 
Right now, it looks like CN wants nothing to do with Naruto besides the movies. I hope Viz takes a good long look at other options like Disney XD, Nicktoons Network, or Sci-Fi.
 
Actually, it's kind of getting annoyed. It's one thing to be optimistic. But, when you let that optimism overcome your sense of reality, I think it's a problem.
