Naruto Shippuden not to air on TV in the States?

YAH isn't suffering, regardless of whether or not you like what they air.

And I'm of the opinion that if YAH fails, we can pretty much say goodbye for anymore serious attempts to create a high-profile action lineup by CN.

Maybe, not to be insulting. As for the far off Naruto Shippuuden series (the animated version of the stories told after the manga's famous time-jump), Mark noted that Naruto is one of the Cartoon Network's highest-rated shows, and Viz as a company is "confident that it's going to continue." Anyway, CN just has to air the remaining episodes, and then we may be good to go.

That article is from about half a year ago. It's hardly relevant as to whether or not CN has picked up Shippudden. They may have not known then but could know now but no one is saying anything.

That would be pretty sweet...but does anime really have to air only on Toonami. Can't it be spread out all over the network, so there would be some to watch every day?

I'm sure eventually they will air the rest of naruto, then hopefully Shippuden.

Other then that, I think it would be a REALLY BAD idea for them to just randomly drop the show.

Ew, I hope not. I despise streaming. It's okay for short web shows, but I really dislike it when I miss television shows and am forced to catch an episode streaming elsewhere.

Commericals > lag, buggy coding, and low quality video/audio.

It's hard telling at this point. CN is really jerking the show around. One, maybe two episodes a month while getting continually bumped off the schedule by various movies. I'm hoping the overflow of movies is due to it being the holiday season; hopefully, after the new year, they'll get through the filler and move on to Shippuden, though I'm a little wary of Shippuden. Looks like it's going to have a higher body count than I'm comfortable with.
