Naruto anime question about Tsunade? Please Help?

I was watching Naruto anime episode 92, at the part where Shizune says she will do anything to stop Tsunade from doing a deal with Orochimaru (even lose her life) and Tsunade gets really angry.
Then Tsunade walks past her and Shizune suddenly clutches her chest and collapses - how did Tsunade do this?

well from what i have read in the manga it was never really describe in great detail of what she did. just remember that tsunade is a master medic, I think she use her chakra in some way that as she walks by shizune she touches her and manipulates her system in a way that causes her mild pain and to collapses.
 
i think she either Punched her in the stomach or side, or used a chakra scalpel to do something to her nerve system or respiratory system and knocked her out, so Tsunade used her awesomness
