I have never made a napping playlist, but I do find I take naps to "Death in Vegas" pretty often.

Laid To Rest is of my favourite metal tunes but i've found i can never really cope with a full album. New American Gospel isn't too bad.

I used to listen to Nobou Uematsu's final fantasy OSTs and classical music to get to sleep, usually Strauss or Beethoven (his first few symphonies are brilliant to fall asleep to + piano recordings)

Well i really enjoyed it, and i didn't fall to sleep till after the John Martyn track so it kept my attention for a while!

I didnt listen to it at bedtime but I really liked it. I like the Clannad, Miserable Rich and Nightmares on Wax tracks the best and I will probably be checking more of those out.

I am pleased you liked it. Miserable Rich are a relatively new band who will hopefully get some well deserved success. Clannad are in my top 3 fave banRAB.

i used to make a new one every now and then a couple of years ago. this days I usually put on a Sigur Ros album when I'm having trouble sleeping. also "Wish you were here" album drains me out
