Nancy Pelosi didn't accuse them of corruption. The bipartisan House Ethics committee however did bring up charges of ethics violations. And when she talked about "draining the swamp" she was refering to Drain the swamp the Republican rule in the House that ended in January 2007. It says so in the Article YOU posted. It's funny that you can take advantage of the people who didn't even read it.
