Name this cartoon

This might be the most vaguest description to anything I have asked.

There was this cartoon on Cartoon Network. I was flicking through the channels and I saw this one cartoon. I only watched for about a minute. There was this street kid and pirate, I think, playing cards. The kid yells, "It's a slammy!" or something. The pirate lays down another card and he says, "I got a slammy!" The kid says, "That's not a slammy!" The pirate says, "I thought it was a slammy." The kid then says, "Not unless there's a 4 on it!" Then this other kid came up to the street kid. I think he was the main character but then I just clicked to another channel.

What was this cartoon? (I mean, if it's possible to answer.)

Was it recent?

Because if it was, then its probably Flapjack.

It sounds like Flapjack to me, but I'd be surprised if you haven't seen or heard of it before.

It really does sound like something from Flapjack, but then again I will be surprised if anyone here has never heard of Flapjack

Definitely was before Flapjack came on. It looked like something from Universal to me.

I don't think it came from a show. I think it was a movie because it was in widescreen format.
