alright im not talking about stephenie meyer. it this one girl who wrote a vampire series and she wrote the first one when she was 13 im pretty sure her first name is ann or anna or anne, something like that
 
You're probably thinking of Amelia Atwater-Rhodes, author of "Wyverhail" and "In the Forests of the Night". It was published when she was 14.
