It was either on Syfy or Showtime Beyond a while ago. It was about a female blonde doctor who was always taking these pills for headaches or some other ailment. She meets up with her husband at their cottage in the woods where it is heavily snowing. The woman’s sister accompanies them on this trip. Soon their cottage is raided by some guys who are seeking revenge or answers to something. (?) From what I remember the sister and husband die and the doctor ends up cutting off one of her fingers because someone instructed her to do so. In the end it turns out the woman caught her husband and sister having sex and she killed them and hallucinated/ fabricated the other story. Does anyone know what I am talking about? The blonde actress has played in other small horror/ thriller movies. Thank you !
