I saw a report on one of the news channels in Denver about a restaurant that is only open during the summer months that you have to hike to and it looked really fun but now I can't remember the name. I think it was outside of Dillon/Silverthorne. They only take reservations and there are only a couple options for dinner. You meet at the trailhead and hike about a 1/2 mile to the destination. Can someone please help me? I'm trying to book it for my 3 year anniversary.
