Name of the horror movie?

[Madame Z]

I watched a tidbit of this horror movie on tv some years ago. It starts with a flashback many decades in the past in a country I'm assuming is Italy. There were two young boys who wander from their own village to one that's flooded, and somehow get into one of the homes. As they go deeper into the home, they come across a chamber (looks like a dungeon/basement hybrid thing) where there's a man with a bag over his head and his hands tied. One the boys goes over to untie him, while the other tells him not to. One freed, the man takes off the bag, and proceeds to grab the boy by the back of his neck, dig the nails into the flesh, and tear him apart at the neck. All the while, the other boy looks on in horror. I think there were some other people in the chamber, but I don't remember. I'm pretty sure the other boy died somehow too. It flashes back to the present, where there's a woman in a graveyard, and she see some kind of weird man/monster/apparition for a split second. I think a normal man approached her afterward. Does anybody know the name of this movie? I only saw a little bit but I want to see the whole thing.
