It is semi-old now somewhere between 1999-2006, it was a fall or winter commercial, I WANT to say it was the gap but I viewed all of their commercials to no avail. So it is some related clothing company you only see her on the bike as she turns for a few secs but the music was really catchy and an oldie please help me find it! It is stuck in my head, but the lyrics are "on the tip of my tongue" style and its driving me crazy!.
