Name a good way to dye hair white at home?

I need it white and possibly permanently
I plan to change my name, get contacts, tattoos, and dye my hair white, and move to Japan and work under a certain someone as an apprentice.
 
you cant get your hair permanently dyed, because when your hair starts to grow your roots will come in again and they are obviously a different colour. now, what are you doing, getting a new life :P ?
 
There is no best way to bleach your hair at home. If you try, you'll probably end up looking like a canary.
Um, good luck with your delusion, er, I mean trip, though.
 
get a really good hair bleach kit (try an extra blonde one) and leave it on for the full time. I dont know if hair can go completely white but it should get it as close as possible. Dont leave it in any longer than it says though because it will damage your hair and it could fall out
