Look at the bottle of nail polish remover and see what it says on the back. I'm assuming that it will say if swallowed contact a doctor immediately. If you do go make sure you take the bottle.
Drink plenty of water to flush it out of your system. It'lll be better to go sooner rather than later even if it's just for reassurance that you'lll be fine.
