I recently went to a flee market in Canton TX and there was this metal circle thing with different designs. You could pain your polish in the design scrape off the non needed polish and use a sponge type thing to stamp it on to your nail. IT WORKS SUPER GREAT the lady used it on my nails I was wondering what it was called or where could I get it. Thanks for your time!!
