I am a law school student and I am writing a paper on legal framework that US banks need to be aware of when they make investments in Mexico. I am mainly focused on Chapter 11 (Investment) of NAFTA, but I'm not sure how I need to treat/reconcile Chapter 14 (Financial Services) with Chapter 11.
