N95: when will it come to North America / Spec.

People are starting just now to pick up the 8801 (yeah I know 2 years after it came out, but hey people still buy those hideous RAZRs). I see a couple of people carrying them now and a friend of mine picked one up when he was offered one for about $100 with 2 year contract. The average American consumer will not pay more than about $100 for a phone.

That has nothing to do with why T-Mobile won't pick up the N75. The N75 runs on UMTS 1900, whereas T-Mobile's UMTS spectrum that they won back in October is for the 1700 MHz network. I suppose they COULD pick it up, but I don't see the point of picking up a phone that is popular for its 3G capabilities if T-Mobile customers couldn't use it.

I didn't even know tmo picked up the 8801. They should have advertised it better. And as far as americans being lowballers, american Adults maybe but teens here spend $200_$300 on pearls and those awful sidekicks. This might just be my region.

You know some phones are not offered in some states..

Even with the same company!

Cause I had an experience once on the 6100 that never came out here in NYC with. But they have it on the west coast Cingular..

I had to buy it off ebay!
