N95 really out?

Well, today I saw this ad in the paper which was from a local shop I know here in Pakistan. The shop keeper is selling a N95 for 150,000 Ruppees. That turns out to be around $2500 American.

Last time I checked the N95 wasn't even out? Can that be a proto-type?

afaik it's not released there yet. It was reported that it would be available Q1. I believe they said it would be shipping in numbers sometime in Feb. but i've yet to see any indication of that being true. Any Malaysian members out there to confirm or deny this?
