n95 - pre-order? where? how much?

I just called mobilebee, i live in Queens 15 min from where they are located, i asked if i can go pick up the n95, they tiold me they arent a storefront, thats just there office, i asked when do they expect the n95 they said around 5 days but it depends on the manufacturer, i also asked is the $799 the price and he gave me same answer all depends on manufacturer, ill keep u guys updated because i live in queens, and if i do make an attempt and it dont go well, well then i will have to make a visit to mobilebee with a few friends lol, sorry that was my sicilian comming out of me but all kidding aside ill let u guys know.
 
i'm from queens too (hollis). reason i don't like mobilebee is even though they are close to me, they'll charge ny tax. i rather wait for phonesourceusa, x1387, or ctimiami to come out with the n95.

on a side-note, phonesource-usa just told me that they will not receive the n95 until 1-2 months...
 
I wont preorder because nokia are never on time with their releases and I hate paying for something and then being disappointed by billions of delays like with the n80!

The n95 however is one beast of a phone, in theory at least.

that really sucks...so the only pt of pre-ordering is ensure that u get first dibs...
 
Nowhere on their website does it state that this is a pre-order price. It just states that availablility is 10 days away. Also, on the receipt it does not state "PRE-ORDER". Therefore I would think that it is the actual price and we have a contract for purchase based upon that price.
