n95 - pre-order? where? how much?

If the N95's launch price, through mobilecityonline.com or wherever, is only a little under $1000, that's not too bad. That gives it an $800 price range within the month, and then a leveling price of around $725-750 afterwards.

Then by God, someone help me find something to replace this damn thing! I've been losing it over trying to think of a solution over this past week. I'm trying to justify buying an N93i, but I can't wrap my head around it, and anything else is feeling like a step down. Phones are quickly becoming more aggravating than they're worth.

A terrible lot of money that is. If you purchase the phone with a two-year contract with a monthly fee of 30 USD (all callopening fees, datatransfer and textmessages not included) and so on you will have to pay approx. 400 USD in cash for the phone itself when buying it. The higher montly fee can be seen as a sort of mortage I guess...
 
Paul (myphonerocks.com) posted a followup about the Mars pictures he took. Using Picasa (a freeware from Google), the images could be edited with one click inside the software. The before and after is just ridiculous. The pictures from the my-symbian.com review look just as red.



Stop being pessimistic! Let's hope for a firmware fix TOGETHER.
 
I'm still a bit confused about this poll. Which one am I supposed to vote for? How does one fit into the "name or site of store" category?
 
Just wait and see how this march 2nd thing plays out. A few more weeks and the UK are slated to get it so the N95's not too far off.
 
Did you consider E65? Yeah it is a step down on the camera quality But the rest should be good. I am getting mine tomorrow
 
Wow..your right...very mellow red tint going on in that first one. The adjusted picture looks absolutely stunning imo. I really dont want to be at the mercy of adobe every time I take a picture...exactly...let's hope together! Every N73 picture i've posted in the s60 POD thread has been unaltered as I like seeing cellphone pictures in their natural state.
 
This thing is not coming down below $800 mark in the near future What are you talking about? There are so many buyers waiting for this thing to be released & demand will be there for quite sometime
