N93i UP, CLOSE, & PERSONAL!!! <lotsa pics!>

lol...from the spy photos to the earliest clear shots I thought it was flat out Fugly but I too have grown madly in love with it. In fact, I've already mentioned that I would love the N95 specs crammed into that body. If the n93's would support gsm 850 I quite frankly wouldnt give a damn about the N95 anyway and would wait out the E90 as my next big thang!

but the 850's another story

thats what i use my n93 as btw...not a second of talk time

but the n93i is 800+ usd, not worth it since its not that HUGE of an upgrade over the normal n93.

Imagine the scratches the mirrored surface will generate. Phone will look pretty shoddy once it's covered in them IMO. For now it's pretty damn sexy and i'm pssed it isnt quad. The most important feature for me is the 30fps video and at least an N73 quality camera. The N93/93i has it all and I'm bummed everytime someone mentions them!

They just think they can name their phones multimedia computers and charge them like computers....price is too high...and don't say well go get a cheap phone..you guys know what i mean.

In my house (new) I get low to moderate Tmobile coverage, but Cingular is pretty strong (on 850). Everywhere else around the city they are pretty even. I stick with Tmobile despite the sometimes dodgy coverage for this EXACT reason. I don't have to pass on phones just because of band issues.

Not poking at anyone (Ate Fifty, I read your post about the sweet deal you have with your company) this just reminds me of why I do put up with Tmobile.

Of course not being popular (and thus not really having anyone call me) helps when I have low -> no reception.

1900 is very strong here for Tmo users but Cingular seems to get the raw end of it. I went for a few years where I could survive with my 8890 almost anywhere and now it seems it wont work EVERYWHERE! (indoors at least)

ask loveanh. He ditched his N93 almost immediately.

I know what you mean but unfortunately I'm one of the suckers that pays laptop prices for a cellphone. My current laptop is an HP?? something or other with a 17 widescreen and an 80gb HD with all the bells and whistles I need. Price=$900.....nokia N95=900+?? I'll be there though...and the E90 will be absolutely insane for the first 6 months or so. They can finally advertise "multimedia computer" and charge accordingly.

ROTFL....I need to be reachable as I'm responsible for the day to day operations of 39 restaurants in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area. Popularity never entered my mind ....problems come up every second and I unfortunately need to be reachable 24/7. I went to Puerto Rico with my family in October and spent at least 3 hours a day on the phone. Needless to say my wife wanted to kill me but business is business.
