N93 voice dialing issues

I don't know if it had anything to do with recently upgrading to the latest firmware (ver 20.xx) but I just found my voice dialing to be all but useless. Tried rebooting the phone and everything, even took off the skin I have on it incase it blocks the mic. I can't get it to recognize a damn thing. Anyone facing similar issues?
 
Yes. I have the same thing. Since upgrading I can't use my voice dialling. I can get it to recognise my voice commands when changing profiles. I asked if there was anyone here with the answer, but no one replied. Maybe we're the only two. Lets try again. Please, if anyone can give us any help that would be great. I found my voice dialling very handy. Fingers crossed
 
Tools> Voice Cm.> Options> Settings > Reset Voice Adapts.

That fixed the problem after I upgraded the FW. Got it from someone from HoFo. I forgot who though.
 
Wow! That did the trick. Thank you very much. By the way, where does that kind of info come from? (I mean the cure) I had never been to that menu.
 
Hey thanks for the tip, it definitely improved it! It can recognize the names in my Contacts pretty well, but I find that it doesn't work when it comes to the system commands like for Bluetooth, Camera, or any of the profiles. Can you guys check if you can change profiles thru voice commands?
 
I dont really use the voice command for apps since i have designated short keys, media key and the active screen sorted out. i mainly use it for contacts since the phonebook sometimes doesnt shut down properly and takes up ram.
 
Same thing happening here, Voice dialling ok. Voice commands not working, in fact when I voice command the phone picks a contact which is sounds close.
