N93 Gaming

I have been playing with the vsun emulator on my N93 and it works great. Sometimes the sound is a bit funky but you can turn that off. But anyway, the N93 kinda sucks for gaming. You can only push one button at a time WTF man!!! Is there any other way to control the game maybe a bluetooth controller? I checked for a firmware update for the phone but the software told me there isn't anything. PLaying the games in landscape mode is perfect!

This phone so far has been almost perfect. Great video/still images, people are always amazed with the quality. The web browser is awesome, and the nokia podcatching software is great. But I really wish it did better gaming, if only you could press multiple buttons then the emulator would be killer.

Hmmm would the nokia bluetooth keyboard work in this situation?
 
The latest version 20 that some people got hold of has the feature where you can press more buttons at once....so this has alreeady been adressed.
We should expect a similar firmware early this year to adress this, so it will be perfect for gaming.
Besides the N-gage gaming platform will be available this year, and with it's graphics accelaration the N93 will be perfect for next gen games.
And seeing that it looks like a gaming device it's more appropriate than the N95 in my opnion.
 
wonder how playing games on the n95 will be like...im thinking tat the music buttons can be used as the action buttons and the d-pad like arrangement on the top slider for movement...so it'll be in landscape more too...would be sweet!
 
Oh, heh, been there, done that.

Long story short: any bluetooth keyboard overcomes this problem, but there is a fix in the latest firmware v20. Currently only way to get it is through a service center or be a little crafty and do it yourself, since they pulled it off NSU due to some bugs. Some say v20 can be buggy in camera mode, I haven't seen any of that and think it's totally worth while. Good luck!
