N86 Indepth camera review

I don't have an C905 and this phone is not the topic of this thread, but I can show you a:

N82 vs N96 8MP comparison:

The first photo of each pair i made by N82 the second N86 8MP.
Enjoy the photos:

I would say: outdoors: N86 is the winner. Indoor N86 is the winner,WHEN you have still hands and WHEN you say to your friends NOT to move an inch  If you want to make pics at the disco, I would take the N82 with me. :)

yesterday I took the N82 with me at a party. In roomlight it shot very noisy and blurry photos even with the flash... I was a bit disappointed :( The N86 makes photos even blurryer... I heared the SE Satio and the Pixon 12 are better much better then N82 in taking photos with flash.

I don't agree. N86 clicks real nice pictures. Besides, there are lot of factors resulting in blurry effect depending on how well you click pictures. But, agreed..N86 can't beat Satio and Pixon. Their picture quality is way better.

I posted some comparisons in this thread http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php?t=1580438

I can honestly say that the C905 does not take as bad of pics as I thought, my earlier problems were user error, after checking exif file on the pictures it seems that I never changed settings back to auto. The C905 saves camera settings so when you start the camera you will be using the same camera settings as the last pic you took, which is nice, but not something I'm used to

anyone notice that you have to press down the button to take the picture pretty hard to get it to take?...or is that just my phone... was tryin to take some pictures of some items to sell on ebay and i cant seem to get any half way decent ones since the phone seems to be fighting me more than taking the picture when i press the button?... i get alot of the green/red focus box lighting up but it wont take the picture?

I would like to see someone compare satio vs pixon 12 vs n86 with ver 20 firmware.. all the previous comparo were with ver 10/11 .. but this ver 20 has done wonders for my N86 .. A friend owns pixon 12 but ..

I got a feeling n86 in its current state is not far behind these 12mp phones..

I think only a few freaks like us have the new v20.115 on their phones  It will take a while until the v20 is available for the service-provider branded phones and until the normal user decides to update.

Come on jaxx75 make the review we all are waiting for :clapping: Or are you still waiting for the v20, which isn't available for your N86 yet? :help:

hey guys! I've been busy but rest assured that the update is coming!!! :)

edit: oh yeah, old firmware still, I was hoping that it would be released to NAM by now, but it hasn't. so I guess we'll be looking at before/after soon! :)
