Well my N80ie arrived today, but I still can't explore it because my Transcend 2GB 80x MiniSD will not work with the phone!
Before I used it, i formatted the card on the phone-success.
Next i plugged the card into my reader and transferred all my info into the correct area (s). When i put the card in the phone, Gallery says "Database corrupted, some data may be lost." Aside from that, the Music Player does not find any of my tracks.
Now when I open the camera and take a picture, everything goes fine until i try and view it in the gallery, nothing shows up. None of my new pictures (just taken) or the older ones I transferred.
Next i try this: copy all contents from Nokia 256mb card including hidden files to 2gb card.-success
Plug 2gb in phone and reboot: Same problem except now I can't format from phone (blank screen with "Stop" and "Retry" shows up, hitting either does nothing.
Then i plug the card back into reader and format into FAT16 on computer (mac) using disk utility-success.
Basically from here, after each format nothing works, only the Nokia 256mb card works.
The strange thing is that the 2gb card does allow me to copy date onto/off it using the card reader AND the "Mass Storage" mode from the N80 itself..
Anyone have a solution? I've been working with this for hours and already put a hole in the wall
