N80 - Problems

I can't receive text messages anymore. Plus sending text messages are a hassle now, seeing I have to go to outbox and press send seeing it says "resend at a certain time". Also I dont even get messages telling me I have messages in my voicemail box anymore. What gives I got the phone 5 months ago.

It all started a couple months ago, got the screen fixed and now the phone not working properly.

*sigh*

I am fed up paying $800+ for phones that stop working properly.

My E70 has the same symptoms after a few months of problem free use.
It was first triggered when I first tried sending out a photo via MMS.

That was few weeks ago, I'm not sure how I cleared it, but it eventually went away after repeated rebooting and toggling the Network settings (GSM/UTMS/both), I also did a hard reset, not sure what eventually cleared it.

Anyways after a few more weeks of problem-free use, the problem has returned, and for no reason that I can tell.

Anyone know what Nokia thinks of this?
