N80 not charging?

I just bought a Nokia N80, brand new. Took it out and tried charging. I plugged the charger into outlet and phone and its not charging? Am I suppose to see something its charging? And also does the data cable charge the phone? This is my first Nokia phone and maybe I am doing something wrong, I really hope I didn't get a broken Nokia.

If it is charging... The battery bars should be moving.

And there should be a pop up that says charging

crap thats not good. I don't see none of that. Is the data cable suppose to charge it too?

no the data cable does not charge the phone. Better talk to the seller about it. Who did u buy it from?

seller on eBay. pretty decent feedback. any way I can make sure its the phones problem or the charger?

try another charger, or try another battery on the phone~
