im getting something simular i see the update everytime i go to download it it starts and then says connection lost,when i try again it says no update available,and i still have the same version

I tried reflashing thru NSU and that helped. I was able to do a FOTA after the reflash.

here is a noob question....how do you guys download the new firmware and where do i go to get it? What is FOTA? Can i still DL the new firmware if i use a third party software firmware?
FOTA - firmware over the air, lets you update your nokia n80 with WLAN, or EDGE. What do you mean you are using third party software firmware? I would never put 3rd party firmware on my phone.
