n73 or p990?

I use an SE K800i plus Dell X51v PDA, but want to get a smartphone as single replacement for the both.
To successfully replace the two devices I need occasional word editing and pdf viewing, and ability to play the odd movie (ripped from DVD), web browser, instant messenger, and email with attachments, and the smaller the device the better.
I was thinking about the SE P990i, but then noticed the N73 seems to be a capable device.
Which should I go for, and are there any others I've overlooked?
 
the p990 is definatly much better than the n73. if you have the money the p990 is the best choice, but its really really expensive because it just came out. i would look into the n80 or the n93...
