Unlikely. Everyone cries about cheaper prices yet still expects to get made in finland phones lol. The phones made in europe are almost always more expensive than those "made by Nokia"
 
When I bought the phone from the Nokia store in Chicago, the N73 came with a 128 mb card, data cable, software, wrist strap, cleaning cloth, and North American charger. So it pretty much comes with everything that the foreign models include.
 
This is what it said on the back of the receipt from a Nokia US Flagship store regarding the return policy:

Nokia products purchased from a Nokia Flagship Retail Store can be returned or exchanged by the original purchaser at the original purchase price if returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items must be in new condition, with the original box, packaging, manuals, accessories and all UPC codes. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

I'm going to return the phone Saturday, we'll see what happens.
 
Did it come with the stereo headphones? My N73me purchased from importgsm.com (great customer service, BTW!) only came with the 2GB card, data cable, software, charger and headphones. No wrist strap and cleaning cloth.
