N73 ME: Ring Tone Stops Working?

I bought a N73 ME and just received it yesterday.

Today I noticed that after receiving a few calls, the ring tone stops sounding. I checked and double checked the settings, and the ring tone is still activated, it just doesn't ring when I'm receiving calls.

The only solution is to turn the phone off and on again. But then, after receiving a few calls, it happens all over again.

Anyone else have a similar problem?

I tried updating via NSU, but I get the "No updates available" screen.

Anyone have a solution?
 
Thats what might be happening to my phone, yesterday i got calls, then got told that they tried to call me, i can hear my phone clearly in my pocket.
