N73 Hang Problem...

My sister in law has a nokia N73 music edition..her problem is sometimes her phone hang or automatically shutting down..is that common? or is there something to address to?

Any idea?
 
uhm u can do it by pressing *#7370# or *#7780#..it will restore all to original phone settings and it will restart...then check if it's still hanging up....

By the way, where do you get that codes? is there something else..hehehe...mind of sharing that..hehehe..:)
 
uhm that's the nokia default format codes...i search it...it's working 100% man...just try it...if your sister in law's phone break, just put the blame on nokia company....not on me...ok???....eheheheh...

Tha is the problem with the N series i think..this phone was been made (lay man terms) same with computers..that due to excessive storage of files ..i mean too much files been stored..which causes it..when it hangs just turned it off and then on it after a minute or erase some of the un important files stored and if it does not open then you have to go to nokia outlets for repair the thing..actually i had one ..it N70..and that is always my problem but not on shutting off thing yet.
 
yah..i'm not a lazy searcher...ehhehehe.......

Hi jemy! If hanging is the problem, you could also try using other batteries. Tell her to borrow some batteries like that of hers to her friends and see what happens. For some reason, whenever n70 phone hangs, the problem comes from the battery. Good luck!
 
kindly check its memory maybe its full..and that may cause the automatic shutting down of the phone:)
 
i dont think there is a serious problem on that..its just that the N series Of nokia was pattern into a computer that when full in memory it hangs up or shut down or even crashes under your very eyes..:)
