N73 Died, is it possible to obtain warranty in Canada?

Incorrect, as I posted here over a year ago, Nokia USA fixed my imported Nokia 3650. They didnt asked for a receipt or anything, I shipped it detailing what was wrong with it and a day after I received by phone fully functional.
 
I made a typo, it was with Plemix, I doubt they offer 1 year, so I have two options. The one where I send it into Nokia USA (Have to call them and double check), or the illegal way
 
i used a n73... i dont think, during the software update, if phone is dead, its fried. thats wot i have heard. i dunno abt fixing that. it mite cost an arm and leg. keep tryin

heard of tons of ppl trying to flash from regular to me/ie and brick their phones. I for one, would not flash it even thou there are alot of ppl who flashed it fine.
 
i don't ever remember having to pay anything when my phone(s) were unable to be fixed at kevin's.
if all else fails, i'm willing to take that 'defective' n73 off your hands.. lol.
