n73 applications and hard reset

Just trying out an N73 while waiting for the permanently delaying P990 on O2 and I gotta say that after years of Sony Ericsson phones, this N73 is very impressive.
I have a few questions though. My phone is from O2 unlocked. When I look in tools-app manager there are a bunch of references to 'search', 'search local plugins', and 'search global plugins'.......what are these?
Also, if I hard reset the fone to clean it up, where can I find pre-installed Quickoffice application? It doesn't seem to be on the Nokia support site for N73?
 
Be careful with the hard reset, I lost two icons after I did it.

but after I updated to the new f/w, the wizard app was back and I d/l the search app thanks to anohther hofo member
