N73 Application Help!!!

I recently installed the Concise Dictionary Application to try it out. I eventually found out I had little use for it, therefore I decided to uninstall it. When I did, it left behind this "20003583.sis" in the App. Manager, and I have no idea how to remove it. There isn't a "Remove" option, and I know it's the Concise dictionary because I can choose to "Install" it, and the name will appear. I removed the folder through Mass Storage Mode and still nothin'. How do I remove this unwanted application! >

If I reinstall the program via PC Suite, the stupid 2000..sis will disappear, but I do not want that application on my phone!

well you could use the built in file manager and Find "20003583" in memory card. Then just delete the 20003583.sis that shows up.
