N70 Screen Problem - HELP!

Purchased this phone used off the forums several weeks ago. Today, randomly when I took it out to use the screen went out on me. Looks like a TV screen with reception. I turned it off and on again, same thing. The whole screen looks like it has bad reception. Can anybody tell me what is broken? The LCD screen has no cracks, etc. Looks fine. Any guidance would be appreciated.
 
The guy who sold it to you says its in working condition? Dude maybe it got water in it? I had my phone since it first had came out never no problems at all. Its a truly a great phone! Have you used it before this time? Did you try it when you got it? The screen is not dead I can tell you that. I think its inturnel has to be SORRY BUDDY)
