I'm just watching this for about the gazillionth time (E4) - and I can't believe it's TWENTY years old.

I love this film. It's not great film-making, but it's just so lovely, and the main characters are so likeable.

I went to see this with my best mate at the cinema and have watched it millions of times (well maybe less) since.

A very underated film and everyone I have recommended it too has loved it.

Julia Roberts best film imho, and Lilli Taylor and Annebeth Gish were fab too.

Still love the 'respect' singing, the fish scene, the Pizza Egon Ronay -

Hey, I just love this film full stop. Thanks for starting this thread, as I am not alone!!! I wore my video out, now I am wearing my DVD out...now I may have to watch it again! Soundtrack was great too.
