mysterious bug bites?

ok so i am apparently being attacked by some sort of bug. i just moved about 3 weeks ago and took all my stuff out of storage. i started noticing things that look like mosquito bites on me a few days ago on my arms and ankles. i didnt think much of it because its summer and i walk around a lot so i just figured one got me on my way walking. but today i just woke up and have 6 really big bites all right next to each other and they are on my waste line which wouldnt have been exposed when i was walking anywhere. I am just curious to find out what is causing these bites and how i can get rid of it.
